If you are contacting us to surrender your dog, you must send us a complete bio about your dog. Please include Name, Age, Breed, whether your dog is spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations. Addionally tell us about your dog's behavior. Is your dog good with other dogs (male and female) with cats, kids, strangers?Please include any additional information that you would want to know if YOU were adopting this dog.
